Does the monthly price include the Starlink kit?
No. The prices above are for the Starlink service subscription. Hardware is purchased separately. Ask Connections for current kit pricing and availability; confirm any other charges with Starlink before activating.
Do I pay the monthly subscription to Connections?
Your Starlink subscription is managed and billed by Starlink through your own account. Connections can help with hardware enquiries and point you to the official plan information.
Which plan works at my address?
Starlink confirms the plans available when you enter your service address. The 100 Mbps home plan is offered only in select areas. Check availability and kit eligibility before buying hardware or choosing a subscription.
Can I take a Roam plan abroad or use it on a boat?
Roam 100 GB is for domestic use. Roam Unlimited has rules for international travel, in-motion use and coastal coverage; ocean use can require an extra paid option. Check Starlink’s current Roam terms for your destination before travelling.
Are these prices and speeds guaranteed?
