How referrals and payouts work
  • The buyer must give an active referral code at first contact, before the sales process starts. The first valid referral recorded by Connections receives credit.
  • The buyer must purchase within 30 calendar days of that referral being recorded. One reward of XCG 150 per qualifying scooter; one referrer per sale. Self-referrals, duplicate claims and referrals added after the sales process starts do not qualify.
  • The customer pays the normal advertised price. Connections handles quotations, financing, deposits, payments and delivery. Referrers must not collect money on our behalf.
  • A reward is eligible after delivery, cleared payment to Connections and staff confirmation under the sale's cancellation and refund terms. Cancelled or refunded sales do not qualify. For financed purchases, Connections must receive settlement; financing approval alone is not enough.
  • Eligible rewards are paid on the next Friday. Our team confirms the payout method with you privately.
  • This browser can remember the first referral code for up to 30 days. You can remove it above. Include the code in your first WhatsApp message, or show it in store, so staff can record it. A saved code or generated link does not confirm eligibility.
